燃料电池汽车辅助动力蓄电池选型设计

摘    要:动力蓄电池可以作为"电-电"混合燃料电池汽车的辅助动力源,合理地选择辅助动力蓄电池对燃料电池汽车起着至关重要的作用.基于"超越"系列燃料电池汽车的研究,从整车的性能要求、动力匹配要求以及目前电池的类型、能量特性、功率特性和寿命特性等方面进行了分析,提出了一种适用于"电-电"混合燃料电池汽车的辅助动力蓄电池选型设计流程,并利用该流程对实车进行了电池选型设计,对设计结果进行分析发现,该流程能够满足目前燃料电池汽车辅助动力蓄电池的选型要求.

Abstract:A rational selection of power batteries for "Electric-Electric" hybrid fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) as an assistant power source is vital to the performance of vehicles. The development of the "Start" series FCEVs was researched. By analyzing the demand of the vehicle performance, dynamic system matching and battery types, power, energy and life characters of the batteries, a process of how to select the assistant power batteries for FCEVs were brought out. According to the proposed process, some experiments were carried out and the results were analyzed. The results show that the proposed process can meet the battery selection demand of FCEVs.
