低煤阶煤的煤岩成分液化性能及实验研究

摘    要:以西北侏罗纪煤中的镜煤和丝炭为研究对象,液化实验结果表明:同一变质程度的镜煤的液化转化率(9067%)、油产率(5888%)均高于丝炭;而不同变质程度的镜煤和丝炭,因其结构和性质的差异,随变质程度的增高,液化性能整体呈降低趋势。镜质组和惰质组分别作为镜煤和丝炭的主要物源,形成于截然不同的泥炭沼泽环境,致使结构和性质差异大。显微组分特征、红外光谱和分子结构模型分析表明:镜煤中活性组分含量高,H含量和脂肪氢含量高,大分子结构模型中21个单芳环,具有芳香性的吡咯环2个;丝炭中活性组分含量低于镜煤,含氧官能团多,碳含量和芳香氢含量高,大分子结构模型中14个单芳环、6个双芳环、1个三芳环,具有芳香性的吡咯环2个。

Liquefaction Properties and Experiment on Lithotype of Low rank coal
Abstract:Abstracts:Taking vitrain and fusain of Jurassic coal in westnorth China, the liquefaction result show that conversion yield and oil yield of vitrain are higher than same metamorphose fusain. Coal Macerals, infrared-ray spectra and molecular strure mode indicate that vitrian have higher active components, hydrogen and aliphatic hydrogen , with tsinenty-one single aromatic rings and two aromatic pyrrole rings in molecular structure mode. The active components of fusain are less than vitrain, with more oxygen containing functional group and higher carbon and aromatic hydrogen, fourteen single aromatic rings, six duble aromatic rings and one three aromatic rings. Along with the higher degree of metamorphose, liquefaction yield of vitrain and fusain decrease with different structure and property. Vitrinite and inertinite, main origin of vitrain and fusain, are formed distinct peat swamp environment, which is essential reason on liquefaction properties . Based on forming coal microenvironment of Jurassic coal in westnorth China with coal chemistry analysis, it is important geological significance of searching more liquefaction coal resources.
