| 摘 要： | 通过对DN1800型循环水泵出口蝶阀在关闭初期出现卡涩的原因分析,提出加装液压关闭装置来保证循环水泵出口蝶阀正确快速关闭的改造方案。实践证明,此项改进有效地解决了由于长期运行循环水泵出口蝶阀不能自动快速关闭的问题,为300 MW汽轮发电机组的安全运行提供了保障,有一定的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | A hydraulic control unit was suggested to be installed so as to ensure correctly quick closure of the butterfly valve on the outlet of the circulating pump based on the analysis of the trouble occurred at the beginning of butterfly closure of DN1800 circulating pump.It was verified that the improvement solved the problem of which the butterfly valve could not be closed automatically because of long-term operation.Thus,safe operation for 300 MW turbine-driven generating unit could be guaranteed. |
