氧化还原功能纤维的研究──Ⅶ.含正丙胺基吸附剂的制备及其对Au~(3+)的吸附性能

摘    要:以氯甲基化纤维、聚乙烯醇(PVA)接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)_一缩二乙二醇丙烯酸双酯(DGA)纤维:氯球三种反应性基体,合成了含氮量分别为2.34,2.94,1.61mmol/g的含正丙胺基吸附剂。结果表明:该类吸附剂在高酸度(pH<1.5)及低酸度(pH>3.5)对Au~(3+)都有较高的吸附量,而在pH1.5~3.0的吸附量较小甚至为零;且该类吸附剂在低酸度(pH>2.5)对Au~(3+)有还原作用,随溶液离子强度升高,吸附剂对Au~(3+)的吸附量下降。吸附动力学实验结果表明:含正丙胺基吸附剂在pH4.0对Au~(3+)的吸附速度很慢,72h后仍未达到饱和吸附。在扫描电子显微镜下观察到吸附态金聚集成粒状。

Abstract:Three kinds of adsorbents containing n-propylamine have been synthesized by amination of different reactive polymeric matrices, chloromethylated fiber, PVA fiber grafting glycidylmethacrylate- diglycolacrylic ester and chloromethylated resin, with n-propylamine in dioxane. Their N content is 2.34, 2.94, 1.61 mmol/g. The results of static adsorption experiments showed that adsorption amount of the adsorbents towards Au(3+) was great in high acidicity(pH<1.5)or in low one(pH>3.5),but small,even zero between pH1. 5 and pH3.0, and decreases with the increase of solution ionic strength; The adsorbents can reduce Au(3+) into Au0 in low acidicty(pH>2.5). The data of adsorption kinetics experiments showed that adsorption rate of the adsorbents towards Au ̄(3+) was very slow at pH4.0, and it took more than 72h to reach their saturate adsorption amount. Grains of gold on the adsorbents were observed under scanning electron microscope.
