| 摘 要： | 根据我国社会与经济发展对高层次人才的需求，借鉴国外研究生培养模式的成功经验，提出了以多元化招生模式的构建、多元化课程教学的改革及多元化学术群体的建设等为主要研究内容的工科研究生多元化立体交叉培养模式的设想，并就其主要研究内容提出了具体的实施措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the demand for persons with ability in the developing of our society and economics, a multiple-unit split-level interchange mode of postgraduate cultivating for engineering course, including the design of multiple-unit enrolment mode, the reform of multiple-unit course teaching and the construction of multiple-unit academic investigating groups, et al is put forward and reported by imitating overseas successfully experiences in this paper Some measures are proposed in order to carrying out the new mode |
