摘    要:电弧炉浇注炉嘴的形状和运行方式的设计会直接影响浇注流速、浇注温度、电耗等,最终影响产品质量和成型率,通过一系列分析以及生产过程中的验证,对电弧炉浇注炉嘴的规格和运行方式进行合理改善、规范,保证产品质量的稳定。

Abstract:Design of electric arc furnace casting furnace mouth shape and operation mode will directly affect the casting speed, casting temperature, power consumption, and ultimately affect the quality of the product and forming rate. Through analysis and verification in the process of production, in order to the stability of product quality, specifications and operation mode of electric arc furnace casting furnace mouth was reasonably to improve and standardize.
