半潜式平台疲劳损伤分析及延寿评估

摘    要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对“南海二号”半潜式平台进行一体化建模,应用谱分析方法和全概率方法对平台结构的疲劳损伤进行分析,并计算结构的疲劳寿命;根据金属材料的完全非线性疲劳累积损伤模型,分析疲劳损伤构件承受极端荷载的能力;对平台疲劳损伤严重的应力热点区域进行检测维修,研究了节点维修后延续寿命的期望。

Abstract:Build an integrated model for the sub-merged platform named of "The South China sea Ⅱ " by definite element analysis software of ANSYS. The fatigue damage of the platform is analyzed by application of "Spectrum Analysis Method" and "Full Probability A- nalysis Method". According to the fully nonlinear fatigue cumulative damage model of metal materials, analyze the ability of the damaged components of platform for resisting extreme load. The hot spots which were severely damaged were tested and maintained, and their ex- pectations of prolonged life have been researched.
