| 摘 要： | 随着近海油气田勘探开发的不断深入，其开发模式也在不断创新。基于当前近海油气田对区域开发的需要和实践，提出了基于“区域中心＋次中心＋简易生产设施”工程平台模式的工程应对策略并进行了应用。

| Abstract: | As the work gets further of china offshore oilfields exploration and develop- ment, the development modes were changed. For the need of present offshore oilfilds region development, the engineering countermeasure of ＂region center platform, sub-center platform and Simple production facilities＂ was given and applied in Bohai Bay. |
