| 摘 要： | 针对气液混输海底管道严重段塞流对JZ25-1S油田群生产的严重影响,通过综合应用提高海底管道输送压力、设置段塞流捕集器和在立管顶部水平段安装带有控制模式的压力调节阀等措施,实现了对严重段塞流的有效控制,确保了油田群的正常生产,从而保障了对陆地原油处理厂的正常原油输送和对陆地天然气分离厂的平稳供气。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the serious influence of severe slugging to the production of JZ25-1S oilfield group the following countermeasures were comprehensive applied：increased the trans- fer pressure of submarine pipeline,set a slug catcher and installed a pressure regulator with a controller for high pressure or high flow above the horizontal pipeline on the top of pipeline- riser, finally realized the effective control over severe slugging, ensured the normal production of oilfield group,thereby ensured crude oil normally transported to treatment factory on land and associated gas stable delivered to natural gas separation plant on land. |
