| 摘 要： | 提出人工神经网络（Artificial Neural Network，ANN）和专家系统（Expert System，ES）相结合的系统方案，设计智能决策支持系统（Intelligent Decision Support System，IDSS）以便对员工健康状况和健康隐患进行综合分析和评估．该系统能为员工给出保持健康的建议，同时给出BP网络技术用于员工身体整体状况评价的实例．实践表明人工神经网络和专家系统的整合可较好地分析与评估员工的健康情况．

| Abstract: | An intelligent decision support system (IDSS) is designed to analyze and evaluate the health conditions and hidden troubles for enterprise employees, which is combined with Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Expert System (ES). The system can make suggestion for employees to keep healthy, and the instance of applying BP neutral network to evaluate the full health condition for employees is pre-sented. The practice proves the health conditions of employees can be better analyzed and evaluated with ANN and ES combined. |
