外墙石材干挂结构的安全性评价与处理

摘    要:某大楼外装饰采用石材幕墙,大楼使用几年后出现了石材幕墙的石板在开槽处崩裂的现象。为了验证石材幕墙结构的安全可靠性,对外墙石材干挂结构进行了现场检测,并进行了外墙石材干挂结构整体的三维有限元力学计算,分析了石板在开槽处崩裂的原因,评价了其安全性,进行了加固处理,并提出了维护措施。

Abstract:Stone curtain wall was adopted as external decoration of a building, but cracks appear on the slab slot of the stone curtain wall after several years. With the purpose to verify safety and reliability of the stone curtain wall, the dry-hanging stone structure of the external wall is tested on site and whole tri-dimensional finite element mechanical calculation is made. The structure is strengthened and maintenance measures are proposed on basis of analysis on reason for the cracks on slab slot and evaluation on the safety.
