5%右旋苯氰菊酯水乳剂的研制

摘    要:介绍了5%右旋苯氰菊酯水乳剂的配方筛选过程,并对该水乳剂各项性能指标进行了测试评价,确定了配制方法和较佳配方组成,最终获得了5%右旋苯氰菊酯水乳剂的较佳配比:右旋苯氰菊酯5%,二甲苯15%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙类乳化剂5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类乳化剂5%,抗冻剂5%,黄原胶0.2%,消泡剂0.3%,自来水补足100%。经测定,产品质量稳定,热贮(54℃±2℃)14d分解率小于5%,各项指标符合水乳剂的要求。

Abstract:A formulation of D-cyphenothrin 5% EW was developed and its properties and storage stability were tested. The best formula and its manufacturing process were described as well. The formulation of emulsion in water consisted of D-cyphenothrin, xylene 15%, ABS Ca emulsifier 5%, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier 5%, anti-freeze agents 5%, Xanthan gum 0.2%,antifoaming agent 0.3% and water. Storage stability tests showed that the decomposition rate of the active ingredient was less than 5% at (54-+2)~C for 14 days. The physical and chemical properties of the formulated product confirmed to the requirements of EW formulation.
