超声辅助提取杜鹃花色素的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了超声波辅助提取杜鹃花色素的最优工艺条件.以吸光度为考查指标,通过单因素和正交实验,得出超声波辅助提取杜鹃花色素的最优工艺条件为:乙醇体积浓度为70%,超声波功率为500 W,超声波时间为40min,液固比为20∶1,在此条件下测得杜鹃花色素母液的吸光度为0.6647.

Abstract:Study on the optimum conditions for pigment from Rhododendron with ultrasonic-assisted extraction.The absorbance of liquid as criterion,optimization of process conditions with ultrasonic cooperated for pigment from Rhododendron were acquired with single factor and orthogonal test: ethanol concentration 70,ultrasonic power 500W,ultrasonic time 40 min,ratio of liquid to material 20 ∶ 1.The absorbance of liquid is 0.6647 under this conditions.
