某随动锁紧机构研究与实现

摘    要:大口径雷达天线为了满足快速架设/撤收、提高机动性的要求,常对天线阵面进行分块处理。如何在工作和运输状态下对板块进行定位锁紧,是结构设计过程中经常遇到的问题。文中介绍了一种新颖的随动锁紧机构,利用天线边块90°折叠/展开的动力源,完成小板块的锁紧与解锁,用ANSYS软件对小板块进行了应力、应变分析,并对锁栓的结构进行了优化设计。

Abstract:Antenna arrays are usually processed by block to satisfy the requirements of fast assembling/disassembling and high maneuverability for large-diameter radar antennas.How to locate and lock blocks in operation and transportation state is a common problem in structure design.A new follow-up locking mechanism is introduced in this paper.The power source provided by 90° folding/unfolding of side-antennas is utilized to lock/unlock small plates.The stress and strain analysis of small plates by ANSYS software and optimal design of lock plunger structure are carried out.
