某固态发射模块冷板的设计及优化

摘    要:固态发射模块的功率大,热耗高且过于集中,冷却系统的设计对于固态发射模块来说既是重点也是难点,冷却系统的好坏直接关系到固态发射模块能否正常工作。文中探讨了某固态发射模块的散热问题,分析了固态功放管的热耗,选择了强迫液冷作为其冷却方式,同时计算了所需的冷却液流量。通过仿真分析,对固态功放管的冷板进行不断的优化,最后设计出了满足需要的冷板—铜质微通道冷板。装机后对该冷板的实物测试,证明了该冷板的可行性。文中还对各种冷板冷却效果的差异进行了比较分析。

Abstract:The solid-state transmitter module has large power,high and too concentrated heat consumption.The design of the cooling system for the solid-state transmitter module is both the key point and difficult point.The quality of the cooling system is directly related to the work of the solid-state transmitter module.The heat dissipation of a solid state transmitter module is discussed in this paper.The forced liquid cooling is chosen as its cooling mode by analyzing the heat consumption of the solid-state power amplifier tubes.At the same time,the flow rate of the cooling fluid needed is calculated.Then constant optimization for the design of the cold plate of the solid-state power amplifier tubes is carried out by simulation.Finally,the copper microchannel cold plate which meets project requirements is designed.Feasibility of the design scheme is verified by the test in the machine after the cold plate is installed.Comparative analysis of the differences of the cooling effects of all cold plates is also carried out in this paper.
