摘    要:以丙二腈为起始原料,与苯胺缩合后环化,两步反应制得3-氨基-4-氰基吡唑,产品纯度达到99.2%,反应总收率73.6%,工艺操作简单,适于工业化生产。

Abstract:3-Amniopyrazole-4-carbonitrile was synthesized from malononitrile, condensation with aniline and cyclization in an overall yield of 73.8%, the purity of the product reached 99.2%. The process was simple and suitable for scale-up production.
