超薄型低温热封BOPP镀铝基膜的研究

研究了超薄薄膜专用低温热封功能改性母料,在8.2米BOPP生产线研制生产出厚度小于10μm的超薄型低温热封BOPP镀铝基膜,对薄膜的各项物理机械性能进行了分析。结果表明,新开发的超薄型低温热封BOPP镀铝基膜具有良好的厚度均匀性、较低的起始热封温度、较高的表面润湿张力和较好的光学性能。该产品的质量控制标准和使用性能的稳定性均能满足客户需求。
