浅谈纺织品恒温恒湿实验室的设计

摘    要:通过一个纺织品恒温恒湿实验室工程实例,简要介绍了实验室的整体布局及以HMW40Y高灵敏度管道式温湿度传感器组成的主机自检控制系统,着重讨论了恒温恒湿实验室送回风系统的不同形式,提出采用孔板吊顶上送风双侧下回风的气流组织形式.通过测试,实验室各项指标均符合ISO标准.

Abstract:Taking a project of textile laboratory with constant temperature and constant humidity as an example,this paper briefly introduces the laboratory's overall layout and the main engine self-checking control system which is composed of HMW40Y high sensitivity pipeline type warm humidity sensor,emphatically discusses the different forms of air blowing and return system in the constant temperature constant humidity laboratory,and proposes an air current organization in which air blows through an orifice suspended ceiling and returns through its sides. Through tests each laboratory parameter conforms to the ISO standard.
