| 摘 要： | 为解决酸洗-连轧机组上热带传统焊接技术存在的问题，宝钢1550MM酸-轧联合机组采用了10kW激光焊机。文中介绍了激光焊机的构成及所进行的焊接试验，试验证明激光焊接焊缝热影响区窄，韧性好，断带率低。

| Abstract: | The laser-beam welder was applied in 1550mm pickling line of Baosteel to avoid the existing problems of conventional flash welding method. The paper introduced the structure of laser-beam welder and the good effects, such as the narrow affected area, good toughness of welding seam and low ratio of strip breakage. |
