中段矿柱进路回采工艺及参数优化

摘    要:针对厚大矿体阶段矿柱采用上向分层进路回采采场布置特点,应用岩石破裂过程分析方法,从分析上覆岩体、采矿点柱、间柱和阶段矿柱受力状态及力学关系着手,建立起进路回采工作面顶板力学状态数学模型,分别计算了进路沿走向和垂直走向两种布置方式对暴露顶板稳定性的影响,并计算出不同进路宽度时的最小护顶矿层厚度,计算结果为进路采矿采场采准布置及安全管理,提供了较好的理论依据。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the stope layout in stoping crown pillar in thick and large ore body using upward drift slice mining method,the stress states of overlying rockmass,Point pillar,intervening pillar and crown pillar and the mechanical relations among them are analyzed using rock fracture process analysis(RFPA) method,and a mathematic model of mechanical state of roof of drift stoping face is established,the influence of drift layout along the strike and being vertical to the strike on the stability of exposed roof of drift is calculated,the thicknesses of top-safeguarding ore layer of stoping drifts with different widths are calculated.The calculated results can provide theory basis for the arrangement of preparatory works and safety management.
