化工园区用排水网络优化专家系统设计

叙述了某化工园区用排水网络优化专家系统通过人机交互，利用数据管理模块和管网监控模块，实现了园区基线用水数据的管理分析、管网在线监控和应急处理等功能，利用水网络优化模块实现单杂质用水网络新鲜水用水量最小化的优化计算并自动生成新的管网拓扑图，利用决策支持模块对优化方案进行碳排放、节水、能耗、投入产出比等定量定性分析，直接为决策者提供参考，指出，该系统能够有效提高园区管理部门和企业的用水管理水平，提高新鲜水使用效率。

Development and Application of Expert System for Water Network Optimization in Chemical Industry Park

An expert decision support system of water network optimization in the chemical industry park was developed to make fresh water used more efficient. The system was based on. NET framework. And the expert system was designed as the core function of the software. Mathematical linear programming algorithm was adopted to retrofit the water network. The function of data manager and water network monitoring can be achieved by collecting data from operator and on-line function. The system can adopt some emergency plan which was setting in the software, when the system monitors the emergency situation. The function of water network optimization will calculate and draw the network topology graph in the minimum fresh water-consumption. User can be used expert decision system function to analyze and evaluate the effect of water saving, carbon footprint, return on investment and environmental impact for an optimized plan. Analog running proved that this system is a valid tool to improve water management and fresh water use efficiency.
