新疆某难选复合铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:新疆某铁矿石品位较低, 嵌布粒度细, 属次生氧化型贫褐赤铁矿。针对其性质, 进行了强磁选、磁化焙烧-磁选、磁化焙烧-磁选-反浮选等多种工艺方案的试验研究。最终采用磁化焙烧-磁选工艺流程处理该铁矿石, 获得了铁品位为58.25%, 回收率为66.00%的铁精矿, 解决了该铁矿资源细、贫和极其难选的问题。

Abstract:Mineral processing of a poor secondary oxidized brown hematite in Xinjiang with a low iron grade and a fine disseminated size of minerals was studied. Technical processes such as high intensity magnetic separation, magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation, magnetic roasting-magnetic separation-reverse flotation were introduced and compared, thereafter, the process of magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation was adopted, and an iron concentrate with an iron grade and recovery of 58.25% and 66.00%, respectively, was obtained.
