摘    要:通过对宝钢1号高炉清循环冷却水系统的质能平衡测试和理论分析计算,找出了清循环水系统浓缩倍数偏低的真正原因,并提出了相应的技术措施,所做工作对同类系统有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:On the basis of the balance testing and theory analysis of mass and energy of the clean circulation cooling water system of No.1 blast furnace in BaoShan Steel & Iron Co.,Ltd.,the causes resulting in low concentration multiple of the cooling water system were found out,and some corresponding measures were put forward in this paper.All the work done was helpful to other similar cooling water circulating systems.
