摘    要:以硫化钠为除杂剂,采取浸取和除杂同时进行的工艺,使原料中的铅、镉、铜等杂质转化为不溶于氨水的硫化物,并在过滤时与锌分离,使浸取液得以净化。该工艺简化了传统配合法的工艺流程,改善了生产环境

Abstract:Sodium sulfide is used as an impurity remover.The extracting and impurity removing simultaneously in the process are adopted.The impurities of lead,cadmium,copper etc.in raw material are inverted to their sulfides,which are not soluble in ammonia liquor,and they are separated from zinc by filtration.Therefore the extractive liquor can be purified.The process is not only simplified,but also the operation enviroment improved.
