| 摘 要： | 以二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,探讨了DMPA含量的改变对水性聚氨酯乳液及其涂膜性能的影响.实验结果表明,DMPA含量在5%～7%之间可获得比较稳定的乳液;随着DMPA含量的增加,乳液的粒径变小,粒径的分散性变窄;涂膜拉伸强度增强,伸长率下降.

| Abstract: | Dimethyol propionic acid(DMPA) is a hydrophilic chainextending agent.The influence of DMPA on emulsion and film of waterborne polyurethane is discussed.The experimental results show that the disperse emulsion is stable when the content of DMPA is 5%~7%.With the increasing of DMPA amount,the particle size becomes smaller,the dispersivity of particle size becomes narrower,the tensile strength of film increases,and the elongation decreases. |
