摘    要:归纳分析了近年来中国煤矿水害事故发生的基本特点,研究了废弃矿井诱发矿井透水的水文地质条件,分析了现行断层与陷落柱等防水煤岩柱留设中存在的问题,探讨了突水系数理论和底板突水机理认识的缺陷,提出了正确认识老空与陷落柱重大水害的前兆和新的可行的预警技术手段,为新仪器的研制作出提示。

Abstract:Summarized the basic characteristics of water hazards frequently happened in China's coal mines in recent years,studied the hydrogeological conditions of water inrush induced by abandoned mines,analyzed problems in reservation of rock and coal pillars for prevention of water from faults and collapsed columns,inquired into the shortcomings of the theory of water inrush index and water inrush out from coal floors,and put forward the methods to identify the harbingers of heavy water hazards induced by gobs or ...
