| Abstract: | Failure_tree systems analytical method was applied to study main failure forms of steel forging dies such as the flaw, the abrasion, the distortion and the surface bind. The failure_tree of forging dies and analytical process were given, thus educing the failure form of steel forging die and the relative sequence of importance of various elements' effect on the failure. This would have some practical effect on abating the failure rate of forging dies. |
