永磁电机永磁体的等效模型

摘    要:详细介绍了永磁电机中永磁材料的各种模型和处理方法。从理论上证明了等效面磁荷模型在处理均匀径向磁化永磁体时存在误差,而等效面电流模型则可以处理任何磁化强度幅值不随角度变化的径向磁化永磁体。最后给出了一个径向磁化永磁电机磁场的计算实例,表明等效面电流模型的精度较等效面磁荷模型为高。

Abstract:Different modeling method of permananent magnet and their accuracy are addressed in details for the design of permanent magnet motors.It is shown that the effective surface magnetic charge mehtod without taking the volume magetic charge into consideration can not model the radially and uniformly magnetized permanet magnet excatly.On the other hand,the effective surface current method can accurately model any uniformly magnetized permanent magnet and those radially magnetized permanent magnets whose magnetization amplitudes do not change along the circumference of the same radius.Computation results from different modeling methods for a permanent magent micro-motor also show that the effective surface current model is more accurate than the effective magnetic charge model.
