| 摘 要： | 报道了 3种聚异戊间二烯化合物—— N-乙酰基 -S-牛儿牛儿基 -L -半胱氨酸、N-乙酰基 -S-法尼基 -L -半胱氨酸及 S-法尼基 -巯基乙酸的合成 ,产品经薄层层析、元素分析、核磁共振氢谱证实。

Synthesis of N-acetyl-S-geranylgeranyl-L-cvsteine and itsanalogues |

| Abstract: | Three compounds of polyisoprenoid including N acetyl S geranylgeranyl L cysteine(AGGC),N acetyl S farnesyl L cysteine(AFC) and S farnesyl thioacetic acid(FTA) were synthesized.Some of the procedures were improved.The products were proved to be free of contaminants by TLC,elemental analysis and 1HNMR. |
