氟钙钛型自保护药芯焊丝降氢机理的研究

摘    要:探讨氟化物、大理石、高价氧化物和稀土氧化物在氟钙钛渣系自保护药芯焊丝中的降氢机理,结果表明,适当提高药芯中多种氟化物,大理石及稀土氧化物含量,将有利于降低焊缝中扩散氢含量。

Abstract:Reducing content of hydrogen effect of fluoride,carbonate,active chide and rare earth oxide in weld by self-shielded flux-cored wire with CaF2-TiO2 MgO slag system is investigated. The results show that increarsing the content of divers fluorides,carbonate and rare earth oxide in flux core will make the content of diffusible hydrogen in weld reduce.
