无损检测评价技术及在材料机械强度开发中的应用

摘    要:阐述无损检测评价技术的主要特征,及其在现代工业中的地位,提出强度场观点,使无损检测评介技术能应用于产品的机械强度开发。在3万吨水压机和冷摆辗模具两个应用实例中,采用笔者开发的非常规综合集成的超声检测技术,进行机械强度开发的无损检测评价,达到降低设计安全系数,提高模具寿命等高质量控制要求。

Abstract:In this paper, the basic characteristics of nondestructive evaluation (NDE)and its position in mod ern industry are described, and a viewpoint of strength field is presented,which makes the NDE technique to de velop mechanical strength. In two examples of 300MN hydraulic press and cold swing die,by means of noncon ventional ultrasonic testing technique developed by au thor,the non-destructive evaluation for developing the mechanical strength is carried out in the high quantity control which makes the products to increase service life and reduce safety factor of design.
