摘    要:分析了扭矩测量的特点,研制了一种基于SOC和无线传输的应变型扭矩仪.采用SOC技术将数据采集与敏感弹性元件置于一体,在旋转轴上完成了扭矩信号的智能采集,提高了测量精度.采用无线数字传输技术实现了测量数据的非接触传输.试验表明:该扭矩仪工作可靠,测试精度高,具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:The characteristics of torque measurement are analysised.And a torque measuring device is designed based on SOC and wireless technique.SOC is used to integrate data acquisition and sensor signal sampling in one module,thus the signal acquisition is achieved on the rolling axis and the precision is rised.The structure of the system is analysised,and some technical details are discussed.Finally,test indicates that this device runs stably with a high precision.The foreground of application for this device is broad.
