摘    要:介绍了几种电火花小孔加工夹具的结构特点、工作原理和应用范围。在分析几种夹具不足之处的基础上,设计了一种可补偿电极损耗的电火花小孔加工电极夹持机构,既可手动控制补偿,也可通过上位机控制实现补偿。该机构可夹持直径为0.2~1.0mm的电极丝,夹装一次可连续加工一批孔,节省了辅助加工时间、提高了加工效率。

Abstract:The principles, features, applications of some types of electrode clamping mechanisms on small hole drilling by EDM are introduced. Basing on analysis of disadvantages of above mechanisms, a new clamping mechanism is designed, which can compensate the electrode erosion. The compensation of the electrode can be controlled by hand as well as operated by computer for more precise feeding. A long electrode with the diameter ranged from 0.2 to 1.0 mm clamped by the mechanism could process a set of holes continuously. The new mechanism has shortened the assistant time and raised the efficiency in the process.
