新型铰接式钻具组合特性分析

摘    要:对一种新型铰接式钻具组合进行有限元分析,采用自由度凝聚法缩减铰接点的转动自由度并对铰接式钻具组合进行单因素影响分析,如井斜曲率、钻头稳定器的磨损量、结构弯角、钻压、井斜角、钻头稳定器与钻头之间的距离等对钻头侧向力的影响。结果表明,为了获得较好的铰接钻具造斜率,应考虑2种途径:1)在实际操作过程中,应仔细控制稳定器的磨损量,控制井眼扩大;2)在钻具结构设计中,应优化结构弯角和钻头稳定器与钻头之间的距离这些参数。

Abstract:A finite element analysis for new type of hinged bottom hole assembly was carried out to propose the method of condensation of freedom in order to reduce the rotary freedom of the hinged points. The single element influence on the new type of hinged BHA was also analysed. Factors such as well inclination curvature, wear of the stabilizer near drilling bits, structure bent angle, WOB, the enlargement of well bore, inclination angle and the distance between the bit and the stabilizer near drilling bits were studied. It is shown by the results that there are ways of obtaining larger kick-off angle, 1) to carefully control the wear of the stabilizer and enlargement of well bore in actual operation, 2) to optimize parameters such as the structure bent angle and the distance between the bit and stabilizer near bits during BHA structural design.
