基于工控机的输油管道测试平台的研制

摘    要:设计了一种输油管道测试平台系统,其可以测试管道保持压力的能力、是否泄漏油料及泄漏的程度.平台硬件采用研华工控机和数据采集控制卡1],软件部分使用Microsoft Visual C 6.0编写;系统控制方法采用闭环控制2].该平台降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了被测系统参数的测试精度,同时提高了测试效率和测试的安全性.

Abstract:One type of testing platform system for pipe laying is designed in this paper.The ability of enduring stress,leaking or not and the leakage degree of the pipe laying can be tested by this platform.One ADVANTECH IPC and several kinds of data collection control cards are used as hardware and Microsoft Visual C 6.0 are used as compiling tool of software in this platform system.Closed-loop control method is used in this test system.The labor intensity is reduced and test precision,efficiency of producing and security are improves by using the platform.
