关于新农村建设中节能问题的探讨—以陕北靖边县农村建设示范村农宅为例

该文结合对陕北靖边县示范村新建别墅式农宅的实地调查，包括实地测绘，对其环境温度、湿度、照度的纪录，以及对居民的问卷调查，对该地区新建农村住宅中存在的节能问题进行了初步的分析和探讨。结合对当地气候、地域特征、房屋结构、形式、材料、保温构造等方面的综合分析，指出了当地新建农村住宅在室内热环境以及建筑能耗方面存在的问题，对在严寒及寒冷地区农村推广和建造高大空间独立式住宅的必要性和可行性提出了质疑。最后，对靖边地区农宅的节能设计提出了改进措施和建议。
