| 摘 要： | 结合目前线路巡视的特点和存在的问题,提出了送电线路"状态巡视法",建立新的送电线路运行管理机制。重点阐述了送电线路"状态巡视法"的产生、实践与应用过程中应遵循的原则和方法,逐步把线路巡视的重点转移到对事故易发地段的管理控制上来,以动态的、科学的方式管理好线路。

| Abstract: | Combined with characteristics and problems of transmission line patrol,state inspection was proposed to build up new operation management mechanism.Principles and methods in generation,practice and application process of state inspection for transmission line were,and focus on state inspection was transferred to control and management of sections where faults happened frequently step by step in dynamic and scientific management way. |
