钢铁裂纹漏磁无损检测系统的硬件设计

摘    要:为了实现漏磁无损检测系统对钢铁裂纹进行快速、准确地检测,设计了漏磁无损检测系统的硬件部分.在分析漏磁无损检测原理的基础上,确定了系统的总体结构,重点对系统的直流恒定磁化结构、反向电流去磁结构、控制系统、数据采集系统等进行了设计.该系统结构简单,对被测材料的内、外表面缺陷和内部缺陷具有较高的检出能力.

Abstract:In order to realize rapid and accurate detection of magnetic flux leakage lossless testing system to steel cracks,hardware parts of magnetic flux leakage lossless testing system are designed.Based on analysis of magnetic flux leakage lossless testing principle,this paper determines general structure of the system and mainly designs DC constant magnetization structure,reverse current demagnetization structure,control system and data acquisition system of the testing system.The system has a simple structure and a higher detection ability to inside and outside surface defects and internal defects of material to be measured.
