摘    要:在高职院校工学结合人才培养模式改革中引入"服务性学习"理念,有助于找到校企合作的结合点,缓解工学结合中的难题,并有利于强化工学结合人才培养目标,克服实践性教学存在的不足,有效地提高工学结合的实施效果.

Abstract:Service learning is being introduced into talent training mode reform of work-integratedlearning in higher vocational colleges is helpful to find out the combination point between schools and enterprises, solve the problems in work-integrated learning, strengthen talent training goal and overcome the deficiencies in practical teaching and improve the implementation effect of work-integrated learning effectively.
