摘    要:为了提高甜菜碱的功能,改善柔软效果,对表面活性剂和助表面活性剂进行了筛选,结果表明:采用复配表面活性剂[Tween-80/EL-10,其中w(Tween-80)为20%~90%]及助表面活性剂[正丁醇,w(正丁醇)为2%~3%(对乳液质量)]等制备的两性甜菜碱柔软剂———三乙醇胺脂肪酸酯甜菜碱微乳液呈半透明-透明状,具有透明温度区域广,离心稳定性、耐冷热稳定性、耐硬水性均优良,也有一定的耐酸性,其应用性能也比一般普通乳液好.

Abstract:The surfactants and co-surfactants were screened for the use to improve the function and softening effect of betaine. The results showed that the micro-emulsion of the triethanolamine fatty acid ester betaine, an amphoteric softener made by composing the surfactants [Tween-80 / EL-10,w(Tween-80) was 20%~90%] and co-surfactant [n-butanol,w(n-butanol) at 2%~3%(based on emulsion wt)] etc., was translucent to tra-nsparent, and was characterized with wide transparency temperature range, and excellent centrifuge stability, cold and hot resistance and hard water resistance, as well as somewhat acid resistance. The application properties were also better than the ordinary emulsions.
