| 摘 要： | 将灰色系统理论与矢量投影原理相结合，提出了一种多指标决策与评价的新方法——投影法，应用于近期工程选择，并且模糊数量化处理定性指标。应用实例表明了该方法的合理可行性。

| Abstract: | Using the theory of grey system and the vector projection principle, and proposing a new method named projection method for multiple objective decision making and appraisement, which is used to select near future project. And fuzzy number is used to quantify qualitative indexes. The rationality and effectivity of this method are shown by an example. |
