| 摘 要： | 介绍了电控柴油机EOL工位系统建设的解决方案,在生产线上使用EOL工具对电控柴油机ECU数据刷写的同时对柴油机进行故障诊断和故障清除,保存过程测试记录,并上传到服务器。实际使用表明,此EOL系统满足现代电控柴油机批量生产的需求。

| Abstract: | The technology scheme of EOL system for electronic control diesel engine is introduced.The workers can use the EOL system to flash-program the ECU of electronic control diesel engine,diagnose and clear away the troubles of ECU of electronic control diesel engine in product line.The track records of test can be kept and transmitted onto the server.Practical application shows that the EOL system can meet the demand of mass production of modern electronic control diesel engines. |
