摘    要:在老油气田油气储藏日益减少的现实面前,油田专业施工队伍进军油田外部市场,是油田干群上下共同的意愿,但在如何有效开展业务,完善市场策略,提高外出队伍管理水平方面上有一定的差异。

Abstract:In face of the increasing decrease of hydrocarbon reservoirs in old oil-gas fields,it is the common will of oilfield cadres and the masses to appoint their professional construction teams to external markets.However,such aspects need improving as how to develop business effectively,how to perfect market strategy and how to raise the management level of appointed teams.
