摘    要:现今,负载下焊接增大截面加固钢结构构件的方法在加固工程中的应用已经非常普遍,但是关于这方面的研究很少.目前除了前苏联的《改建企业钢结构加固计算建议》,只有中国有两个钢结构加固技术的规范或规程,即CECS 77∶ 96《钢结构加固技术规范》和YB 9257-96《钢结构检测评定及加固技术规程》.本文将对这两本规范或规程中关于增大截面法加固钢构件的设计方法进行分析比较,并结合相关的实例分析,对计算结果进行分析比较,同时找出已有规范的差异与不足,为今后的研究和规范修订提供参考和科学依据.

Abstract:Nowadays, the method of strengthening steel structural members by increasing the section and welding while under load has been commonly used to strengthen steel structural members in the application of reinforcement project, but it lacks relevant study. Until now,in addition to "Suggestion for Calculation of Reconstruction of Enterprise and Strengthening of Steel Structures" in the Soviet Union, there are two standards of reinforcement technology, CECS 77 : 96 "Technical Specification for Strengthening Steel Structures" and YB 9257--96 "Technical Specification for Inspection, Assessment and Strengthening of Steel Structures". The design methods of strengthening steel members by increasing the section in these two specifications were compared and analyzed in this paper, and the related examples in calculations were given and the designing results were compared. Finally, the differences and shortages of the codes were found out to provide references and scientific basis for congener research and amendment of codes in future.
