摘    要:本文将工艺模拟与国内某石化公司0.8Mt·a^-1 DCC—Ⅱ装置的实际工艺结合,利用美国SIMSCI公司开发的PRO/Ⅱ软件模拟实际工艺流程在改造前后的运行效果,并将模拟结果与实际情况加以比较,给出初步评估。

Abstract:This thesis combines simulation of technics and real technics of 0.8Mt·a^-1 DCC-Ⅱ device of certain domestic petrochemical corporation, by using software PRO/Ⅱ developed by US SIMSCI company, the real technics process before and after reform is simulated. Finally we gained the preliminary evaluation by comparing the simulation with real situation.
