高速热模锻模具热疲劳裂纹萌生期预测

摘    要:在考虑高速热模锻凹模的材料性能和工况条件基础上,由Coffin-Mansion公式导出了热疲劳裂纹萌生期预测公式,并采用这一公式对高速热模锻凹模进行了热疲劳裂纹萌生期的预测。通过试验发现预测结果与试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:Based on taking material properties and working condition into account of die for high speed hot die forging, this paper derived an equation used for thermal fatigue crack initiation cycles from well known Coffin Mansion equation and predicted thermal fatigul crack initiation cycles of die for high speed hot die forging. The prediction results tallied with experimental results.
