| 摘 要： | 针对某变速箱用轴承在装配保持架的过程中存在的劳动强度大、保持架断裂以及保持架装反等问题,设计了手动保持架装配机,降低了劳动强度,解决保持架断裂、装反等问题,保证了产品质量。

| Abstract: | In view of a bearing in gearbox assembly holder in the process in the presence of large labor intensity,cage fracture and the retainer installed backward wait for a problem,design the manual holder assembly machine was designed so as to reduces the labor intensity,solve the cage fracture,with inverse problem and ensure the quality of products. |
