摘    要:6020/P5轴承在使用过程中发生抱死故障。经对轴承的故障特征和理化分析,发现轴承在工作时承受了附加过大的轴向力,钢球的工作轨迹偏离正常位置使钢球的接触载荷增大,形成恶性循环,造成轴承卡死保持架断裂。

Abstract:Seize occurs during using of 6020/P5 bearing.Through feature analysis and physic-chemical analysis of the bearing fault,it finds that excessive axial force acts on the bearing during working,and the work trace of the ball deviates from normal position so that the contact load of bearing increased.As a result,the infernal circle lead to bearing seize and cage fracture.
