摘    要:调心滚子轴承内圈滚道车加工要用位置样板检查和控制滚道位置精度,现有样板的尺寸标注和参数选择有不合理之处,使计算方法繁琐制造不便。针对以上问题,对尺寸标注和计算方法进行了改进,使该样板设计、制作和使用简捷、方便、直观。

Abstract:Raceway position accuracy has to be checked and controlled by position templet for inner ring turning of spherical roller bearing,the dimension note and parameter selection of now available templet is unreasonable so that the calculation method is so complicated and inconvenient.Dimension note and calculation method has been improved upon the above problem so as to make the design,manufacture and use of the templet simple,convenient and visual.
