球形Ni2+模板壳聚糖树脂吸附性能及物性研究

摘    要:以Ni^2 离子为模板剂,环氧氯丙烷和乙二醇双缩水环氧丙基醚(ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether,简称EGDE)作交联剂,用滴加法合成了新型球伏Ni^2 模板壳聚糖螯合树脂。得到的树脂颗料均匀、强度大,在填料塔中压降小,耐酸碱,重复使用性能好。研究了树脂对Ni^2 、Cu^2 、Zn^2 、Cr^6 的吸附性能,实验证明:模板与非模板相比,树脂对Ni^2 、Cu^2 、Zn^2 的吸附容量提高1倍左右,而对Cr^6 的吸附容量基本不变。同时研究了树脂对Ni^2 的吸附等温线以及pH、颗粒孔径及比表面、模板中金属离子含量、交联剂种类对吸附容量的影响。

Abstract:Preparation of Ni2+ template chitosan beads using a nozzle was investigated. Epichlorohydrin and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE) were used to cross link the resin to enhance rigidity of resin. This resin has high mechanical strength, low pressure drop in packing column and good reusability. After reused 10 times, the adsorption capacities were still big enough. It could adsorb Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+selectively. At the same condition, the adsorption capacities of bead Ni2+ template chitosan resins to Ni2+, Cu2+,Zn2+ were two times as those of general bead chitosan resins, but no difference for Cr6+. The adsorption equilibrium isotherm of Ni2+ for the Ni2+ template chitosan resin was determined and the influences of pH, particle pores dimension, Ni2+concentration of template resin and kind of cross-linking agents on adsorption capacities of Ni2+ were also discussed. The adsorption isothems of this resin for Ni2+ could be correlated by the Freundlich equation, but not by the Langmuir equation.
